Privacy
Privacy policy
Effective September 4, 2026.
This policy explains the information Repetitia uses to provide the app, website, account, synchronization, support, and billing services.
Information you provide
We may receive information you provide when creating or maintaining an account, including your email address and profile information, as well as information you send when contacting support.
Study and service data
Repetitia processes the decks, cards, media, ratings, progress, device records, and synchronization state needed to provide the features you use. Learner devices operate independently. Scholar features may store supported study and synchronization data in the cloud so your devices can synchronize and restore eligible data.
Account, security, and technical information
We process account identifiers, authentication and session records, device and request metadata, service logs, and similar technical information when needed to authenticate users, secure the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and operate Repetitia.
Payments and subscriptions
Stripe processes payment-card and payment-method information for Repetitia. Repetitia does not store full payment-card details. We receive and retain the subscription, transaction, customer, invoice, and payment-status information needed to provide billing features, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and subscription access.
How information is used
We use information to provide and improve requested Repetitia features, authenticate accounts, synchronize eligible Scholar data, process and support subscriptions, respond to support requests, maintain security and reliability, enforce service rules, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers where needed to operate Repetitia. These include Amazon Web Services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, databases, and storage, and Stripe for payment and subscription services. Providers process information according to their own terms and privacy obligations and only receive the information needed for the services they provide.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and operational records, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, and complete requested account actions. Different records have different retention periods. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups or logs until their normal retention periods expire.
Your choices and rights
You can review or change supported account information through Repetitia. Where available, Repetitia also provides data export and account-deletion controls. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. Contact support@repetitia.com for privacy requests or questions.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Repetitia accounts and service data. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect access to their email accounts and devices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Repetitia changes. The effective date above will be updated when the policy is revised.
